At Disorder of Creation, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

2. Store Credit: If the return is approved and the product is in its original condition, you may choose to receive store credit for future purchases.

3. Refunds: A full refund will be provided to the original payment method only if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. Non-defective items are not eligible for a refund.

4. Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as those marked "Final Sale," are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
